Refund/Return Policy

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or different brands /sizes with which selected by you on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

Just make sure to contact us within 4 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original box, unworn and in the same condition you received it. 

To return the item

1. Call our customer Service number (+971)-6- 5319979 or contact us within 4 days from the day your order is delivered.

2. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

4. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

5. Merchandise covered by a local agent warranty is sold with the warranty by the agent extended to the purchaser. Six months warranty from purchasing date against manufacturing defects. A report will be given in two weeks after receiving the tires.
